Beginning Tuesday, August 2, 2011 bus passes will be available for sale at the District Office 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Students are required to have a Bus Pass BEFORE they start riding the bus. Mail completed form with check payable to: "AUSD Transportation", 255 Epperle Lane, Auburn, CA 95603. Please complete only one application for your entire household. Allow time for your application to be processed before your student rides the bus.
Bus routes and pre-approved stops need to be designated on the bus pass.
Unused 20-Trip Cards issued for 2010-2011 are still valid.
Each student riding the bus is required to have a current pass.
Students continually riding without a pass will lose their riding privilege.

FREE OR REDUCED PASSES/TRIP CARDS are available to families who qualify based on Federally controlled guidelines. PROOF OF CURRENT INCOME IS REQUIRED. If you feel you are eligible, please complete only theapplication form for Free or Reduced Transportation, include proof of total HOUSEHOLD income and return to the District Office for processing. Incomplete applications will be returned. Yes, you do need to re-apply every school year.
LOST/STOLEN PASSES: Replacement annual or % year passes are available for $5.00 at the District Office or through the mail. Not available for 20 Trip Cards.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $10.00 charge will be imposed on all returned checks.
REFUNDS: A prorated refund will apply only to families moving out of the District. (Suspension does not qualify for a refund.) No refunds will be made on 20 Trip Cards.
